Didar Rasul Bhuinya, was a distinguished scholar of Child Psychology, Holding a master’s in Psychology from Dhaka University, and a M.phil,PhD in Child Psychology from the University of North Bengal, Siliguri, India. He Founded SHIUS (An Organizations for Child Development) NGO with a strong vision to support disadvantaged children and rural communities. His leadership, dedication, and humanitarian values laid the foundation for sustainable development and social empowerment.
